Q. What exactly is a Party Bus?
A. A Party Bus is a coach or mini bus converted into a limousine, with limousine style seating, amenities and chauffeur. Party Buses are also called Limo Buses, however Limo Buses may not be as fancy as a Party Bus. The Ultimate Party Bus will come fully equipped with laser and fiber optic lighting, high end audio system, touch screen computer, high speed internet and dance pole.
Q. Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
A. Yes! Guests 21 and over are allowed to bring alcohol and drink on the Ultimate Party Bus.
Q. How many people can ride in the party bus?
A. Maximum capacity on our largest bus is 45 passengers. For most groups we recommend a lower passenger count to ensure comfort.
Q. What can I do on an Ultimate Party Bus?
A. As long as you stay within the law, pretty much anything! We like to call our buses night clubs on wheels, so it’s a lot like having your own personal dance club for the evening, filled with your friends and playing your favorite music. Bar hopping tours, trips to another city without worrying about driving or party all night right on the bus. However you would like to arrange your night out, we are happy to assist! You are also welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages and we’ll provide the ice and bottled waters free of charge.
Q. What are the rates to rent an Ultimate Party Bus?
A. The rates for our party buses vary greatly depending on season, and availability. Call or Request a Quote Online to get the most up to date pricing on your event.
Q: How much do I need to put down to reserve an Ultimate Party Bus?
A: In order to book an Ultimate Party Bus and take it off the market for the night of your event we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Keep in mind that we never double book and the bus is guaranteed to you be yours for the night of your event, so once you’ve put your deposit down we stop selling your bus. The balance of the payment will be due 72 hours before your scheduled trip. When this time comes we will call you, go over all of the final details for your trip and collect the balance.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed no less than 7 days prior to the pickup date in order to avoid being charged for the entire balance due. All deposits and payments already made are non-refundable.
